My Favourite Things (December 2023)

Namaste dear friends,

This last month has seen me starting to record some of the material for the Bhakti Women Summit 2024 in advance. I'm well ahead of schedule on this one (the Summit isn't until February 2024) because the Christmas holidays loom, along with a trip to India (so exciting!) and hopefully some much-yearned-for rest.

My goodness I've had some enriching conversations. I can't wait to share them with you.

Over the last few days, I've had touching and heartfelt dialogue with:

Sophia Rose on the potent magic of following your heart's calling, how sitting under a tree could be the most powerful medicine of all, and the value of intuition.

Sanya Hur Em on integrative pelvic health and womb work. The role embodiment and somatics play in healing and the power of learning how to receive.

and

Lissie Turner on the power of peri-menopause. Why it's okay to be disheveled (!) and why rivers are her favourite healing place right now.

Amongst others. I am so looking forward to sharing these transmissions with you next year. Our theme will be Divine Feminine and it's going to be juicy!

Like many of you, I've been continuing to watch world events with a heavy heart and sadness beyond measure. The wonderful Chasca Summerville and I are collaborating on this FREE Nervous System Reset event as a fundraiser (or gift if your finances are stretched) and we'd love you to join us.

My other big news is that this month my new book is finally on sale for pre-orders (order now and get your copy on the 27th of December). Pre-orders matter a lot to authors and it would mean the world to me if you purchased a copy.
